The Harper Creek Boys Track Team has one back to back MITCA (Michigan Track Coaches Association) team titles based on strong performances in the hurdles, high jump and shot put.
Battle Creek is also known as Cereal City as it is the Home of Kellogg’s. In 2024 Jerry Seinfeld made a movie about Pop Tarts that takes place in Battle Creek – Unfrosted. I won’t say if it’s good or bad but Seinfeld “won” the Worst Actor award at the Golden Raspberry Awards.
