Shelby Township

 

First things first – this is my hometown! I’ve lived here most of my life and raised a family here and I think it’s a pretty nice place.

Phil Randazzo served in the Army during the Vietnam War. For his wartime service, he received a pair of Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He was an intelligence reconnaissance scout part of the 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division.

Angela Venditti was Miss Michigan 2012. Interestingly enough she participated as Miss St. Clair Shores.  Her platform was “Above the Influence: Keeping Kids Drug Free.” I’m not exactly sure what a “Platform” is in a competition like this but it seems like a good one to have.
I didn’t see a lot more online about Miss Venditti but I know there are a lot of other great things in Shelby Township.
