Coleman

A little note about when we are out “hunting” for these signs.

Sometimes when you come across a city with a sign it’s a little more memorable than others. Maybe it’s something super unique like Cassopolis – Home of Edward Lowe, Inventor of Kitty Litter.  Or maybe it’s a cool festival like Posen or Bay Port.

And sometimes, as was the case for Coleman, you get excited because you end a drought.

While searching in NE MI we struck out with town after town after town until we finally got to Coleman.

Kudos to the baseball and softball teams, it looked like they have some nice facilities for the kids to play.

We made a vow not to eat until we found a sign so after we saw this we made our way to Bombers Bar and Grill and had some darn good sandwiches. The BLT pizza sounded good too.

(Bonus – While we waited for our food we ran next door to Clare and found a couple of signs there as well)
