Ortonville

One cold April afternoon we took a ride to Davison to get a bite to eat, and look for some signs, with our good friends Kathy and Jeff. The first city we drove through was Ortonville where Kathy saw this sign.

Most of the time we will find the sign on the right side of the road, but this one was on the left side. Kathy, in spite of being new the the game spotted it, partially obscured by the tall grasses.

We have other really good friends that live in Ortonville, and we’ve driven by this sign many times and never saw it, so kudos to Kathy!

Ortonville star softball player Krista Peters went on to play at the University of Detroit where she is one of the top players in school history with her name in the record books for hits and strikeouts.
