Romeo

The city of Romeo is just north of where I live. I’ve been to their school many, many times as my kids have participated in a lot of activities, and I competed there many times as a high school athlete at Utica High School.

They’ve always had a good sports program.

This sign is already obsolete as their boys team won the state championship in Cross Country in 2020. (And where do they expect to put that accolade on this sign?)  

Every Labor Day Romeo hosts a world class peach festival, known appropriately as the Romeo Peach Festival. They also have a Lavendar Festival in the fall.

Romeo partners with Juliette, GA on Valentine’s Day to offer a special dual postmark.
