After some research I changed this page from Chocolay Township to Marquette County.
The US National Ski Hall of Fame is in Ishpeming, which is in Marquette County.
It moved to its current location in 1992. I couldn’t find where it was originally.
Ishpeming, to my knowledge, has no Home Of sign.
I spent a long weekend in Marquette to watch Wayne State play Northern Michigan at the Yooper Dome/Superior Dome (the world’s largest wooden dome) and it is beautiful.
The Black Rocks at Presque Isle are amazing and highly recommended to jump off (in the summer) and/or watch the sunrise.
