From what I understand the Village of Oxford is contained within Oxford Township. But, because I can, I’m going to call both of them Oxford.
In addition to the Championship in 2011, they were the Runner up in 2009 and 2012.
In 2011 they beat Detroit Catholic Central 26-25. Both teams had 3 individual state champs.
Oxford also features a football field with blue turf, and a pretty darn good football program as well.
Oxford is also the home of Brace Beemer – who was the radio voice of the Lone Ranger from 1941-1954.
