Detroit Zoo

The Detroit Zoo has a lot of great memories for our family. We got a season pass when our kids were little and now our son and daughter in law have their own pass and take our granddaughter all the time.

For the past few years I’ve played in a golf league at Rackham Golf Course, where the back 9 has a few holes right next to the zoo.

My favorite animals there are the rhinos.

My granddaughter’s favorite are the penguins and the frogs are pretty high up there too, so we have been frequent visitors to Amphibiville!
