Waters

The purpose of the Thunder Over Waters Festival in Waters is (in their own words):

The purpose of the Thunder Over Waters is to have an annual festival to bring families and our community together to promote the village of Waters and all it has to offer.

There’s not a lot of info about the festival – I saw a 5K, parade, kids games, arts and crafts and a grand finale fireworks show.

Rumor has it that Ty Cobb played a little baseball in Waters back in 1914, but I can’t find confirmation of this.
